Women’s
Intensive Outpatient Program
in Scottsdale
(IOP)
Mental health support that goes deeper, when weekly therapy isn’t enough.
Designed for women navigating anxiety, mood changes, trauma, and life transitions, with care that considers the full picture, including hormonal and biological factors.
This program may be a good fit if:
You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally reactive day-to-day
Therapy hasn’t been enough support on its own
You’re experiencing postpartum, perinatal, or hormonal-related mood changes
You’re struggling with trauma or feeling “stuck” in patterns
You need more structure, support, and consistency
A more complete approach to mental health
At Scottsdale Counseling & Wellness, we go beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating:
Individual therapy + group support
Psychiatric care and medication management
Lab-informed and hormone-aware evaluation when clinically appropriate
Trauma-informed, whole-person treatment
You’re not just learning to cope, we help you understand what’s driving your symptoms.
Insurance & Payment Options
Our Women’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you have a different insurance plan, our team will help you review your coverage and walk you through available options, including out-of-network benefits or alternative levels of care within our practice.
