Perimenopause & Menopause Psychiatry

Perimenopause and menopause can bring emotional and cognitive changes that feel sudden, confusing, or unlike yourself. Hormonal shifts can affect mood, anxiety, sleep, and focus — often during an already demanding stage of life.

Our women-only Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured psychiatric and therapeutic support when symptoms become difficult to manage with weekly care alone.
