Jordan Hill
LAC, Clinical Therapist
I believe that openness, genuine connection, and a nonjudgmental environment are the foundation of meaningful growth and positive change. Whether you are navigating life transitions, facing personal challenges, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, counseling offers a space to feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create that space where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment, and feel comfortable exploring both the challenges you're facing and the possibilities ahead.
I am a master's-level therapist with a degree in clinical mental health counseling and experience providing individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults. I have supported clients navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I take a humanistic, holistic approach to counseling, grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and reaching their full potential. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to better understand your experiences, build confidence, develop self-awareness, and find ways to move toward the life you want to live
I believe that you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to meet you where you are while offering support, new perspectives, and practical tools. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and experiences. Above all, I value authenticity, openness, and the connection we build together, because a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of lasting growth. I currently practice under the supervision of Jessie DeVerna, LPC.
