At Scottsdale Counseling & Wellness, we provide therapy and psychiatry designed specifically for women navigating the perinatal and postpartum period. For those needing more support than weekly visits, our Women’s Intensive Outpatient Program may be recommended.

Postpartum mood and anxiety symptoms are common and treatable. Hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, physical recovery, and identity changes can strongly influence mental health.
