John Montano
LAC, NCC, Clinical Therapist
Trauma can leave you feeling constantly on alert, shut down, or disconnected — even long after the event has passed. You don’t have to keep pushing through it alone. In therapy, my focus is on helping you feel safe, grounded, and in control again without having to relive painful memories.
I specialize in working with first responders, military personnel, and individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and high stress. My approach is calm, direct, and supportive. Together, we’ll build tools to regulate the nervous system, challenge unhelpful patterns, and strengthen resilience so that life feels more manageable and meaningful.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy within a trauma-informed framework. I currently offer in-person and telehealth sessions for adults and practice under the supervision of Jessie DeVerna, LPC.
You’ve carried a lot on your own — healing doesn’t mean doing it alone anymore
